- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: Well, we were chasing a suspect for around 15-20 minutes. We were chasing him in an offroad area. We were in that area for almost the whole chase and we kept going round and round, everytime a cop got close to him he'd U TURN. So i got used it, then he moved to another area and came back again, i, was going straight ahead and he, was coming from my right side. I was trying to p.i.t him & i thought he also might turn around, I then realized i wont p.i.t him or he'd turn around so at some distance which i thought was enough to make my car possibly slow down or come to a stop but instead i hit his doorside. I thought it was fair to have my rights removed and apply for training but when i looked at the replay i realized that i braked in enough distance to slow down and that the grass didn't make it possible for me.
Yes what i did was wrong, i crashed him but it was an accident, and this accident is a mistake.
We've done mistakes & we'll keep doing them. It's normal. What's not normal is not asking for forgiveness.
So here, I'm asking forgiveness from Leon that i'm sorry for what i have done and i think i deserve to have my rights back again.
I've apologized already to the suspect through team speak and he accepted my apology as we also play on private drift servers. In my opinion Leon you judged me pretty quick without knowing my intentions, you should've discussed it and looked at the replay before this has happened.
I just thought that i have been revoked too much and this revoke is kind of unfair. I will stop doing stupid things and i don't blame no one for this except my self. I can explain more into detail if you have any questions, ill be happy to answer them. As for now i'll just drop these pictures here to show you what I'm trying to say.

I won't be looking in to this for obvious reasons, but I'd like to add that this occurred at 1:13:44 in the replay.

Because I wasn't the one that revoked your rights, so I shouldn't really have a say on the situation. Either Leon, or management. I just thought that I would add the time stamp because you didn't.

First, I want to take the opportunity to apologize for my somewhat aggressive confrontation, Kookoo. I was frustrated after having dealt with alot of users that day and this event was the icing on the cake.

You keep saying that you tried to brake, Kookoo and it is visible in the replay, but fact of the matter is, that anyone could see what was going to happen. You were driving at high speed towards your suspect on grass - Cars don't stop well on grass. Everyone knows that. You also rammed him more than once. Please see the timestamps below.

1.10.30 - Missed attempt - Massive speed difference
1.10.50 - You hit me and rammed the suspect - Again, speed difference is too high. The manouver would never have been clean.
1:12:10 - Ram - Speed difference too high.
1:13:44 - Massive, and conclusive, ram

Can you please keep the thread open till i get home and explain the time stamps. For now i'd like to say i was using ps4 controller so when i throttle it throttles full and when braking it brakes full. I was using it to drift in the carpark.

1:10:30 - Thats not a Thumbdown

attempt to ram him, i realized i was too fast & i couldn't p.i.t him legit. So i braked full & let him go.
1:10:50 - Yes here i saw an oppurtunity to p.i.t the suspect but i didn't ram him, instead i rammed you and i apologized for it. I should've not p.i.t him as it could be dangerous because you were close to him. I saw an attempt because there was enough distance between you and him & i thought i'd have the chance to p.i.t him. But as i got closer you turned right a bit and you were driving sideways. So then you hit my rear wheel & i didn't hit him because i had some lag or he did. Besides, i took all the damage and your car did not.
1:12:10 - In my opinion it was a legit pit. I hit his rear wheel and i braked while hitting his rear wheel, he didn't fly or get much damage. Then, you came and hit his front. ". To Perform a PIT manoeuvre, line up with the rear tyre arch of your suspect's car, and swipe into it, causing the suspect to spin." According to what I've understood from the manual, I've done it correctly, he spun, I aimed at his rear tyre.

Leon is actually away for a few days so i'm afraid it will take a little longer than usual.

The 10,000 views is a stupid bug that keeps occurring, there's an unban request somewhere with over 100,000 views. Mellow

Hello KooKoo,

We agree with Leon's judgement, however, we feel that revoking your rights was slightly hasty. Please make sure your force is not as rough and also make sure you respect other cops in your chase. In the future, incidents similar to [1:10:50.00] will result in a revoke.

On this occasion, your rights will be returned but you will have to pass the cop test in order to cop again.
