Your LFS username:Tjuxz

Their LFS username(s): AdreesTinkler
Their in-game nickname(s): [COP]Tingle

Main reason(s):Ramming me over a barrier and refuses to pay refound after chase.

Replay and/or screenshot link: http://www.filedropper.com/coprambarrier
Replay timestamps: 30:15 and out.

Description of incident (inc date & time):25/04/2015- 13:00(ich) gmt+2

As u see in this MPR he is aiming at me in that corner and wasnt even trying to go threw the corner, intentional to ram me into this barrier. and refuses to pay refound, after this i got "out of bounds" and lost my trip because someone [Tow/med]KooKoo placed a ramp on me, this i accepted cuz it was an mistake, and not intentional.

RE: Report on Pingle. - Tingle - 2015-04-25 11:51

Just watched the replay again. I still don't think it was a ram, you can see I aim and steer towards your rear in order to try and turn/pit you at the corner you'd just went through. If it was a ram surely I'd have hit you directly on your door?

You can also see that I break before I hit you. Again, if I was trying to ram you I would've just continued accelerating for the duration, no?

I admitted it was a little hard in the chat and apologised. All I got from you was a barrage of demands, e.g. "pay me and get me out of here". Had you asked a little nicer, I would've given you a partial refund out of kindness, not because I believed I had to.

I'm sticking by my decision.

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Firstly, he is not entitled to pay you anything, it's your risk to start a chase which can demand a lot of money.

Secondly, the PIT. His angle was a little too sharp to actually call it a bit but more of a disruptive maneuver (minor force which is allowed) however, it looked like his intentions were certainly not to hit you into the barrier with such force that it would flip you like such.

Accidents happen to anybody especially in chases. He did apologize and he realized the mistake he made however, it was harsh and unacceptable in a chase so I will provide Tingle with a warning to be a little more careful in future. He has passed basic training (a long time ago) and it maybe time for a refresher but this is not compulsory.

Action has been taken as described.

Thank you for your report.

It has now been moved to the archives.
