Hello,
I have already explained to you why I have given you a fine for dangerous driving, 100$ is the minimum.
You decided to report me by telling me that if I have given you a fine you'd report me.
Dangerous driving (100€ / 125€ / 150€)
Whenever some other player gets actively endangered, for instance ignoring the right of way.
In my opinion you'd have endangered other vehicles & ignore the right of way of those vehicles wanting to overtake while you hold stable on the left lane.
I fined you minimum 100$. I think what I did was correct.

I wouldn't have classed it as dangerous driving, seeing as you didn't actively endanger any other vehicles. It should have been a fine for careless driving. When combined with the factors stated in the rules (length [you did it for quite a while], severity [on the Autobahnn, so quite severe] and repetition [he would've only saw you do it once - albeit for a long period of time]) then the fine should've been around €75 for careless driving, in my opinion.
I don't think there's going to be a gigantic harm in the server's economy through €25, so I'll keep it as it is, but I'm sure KooKoo can gather from this response the fact that this should've been classed as careless really. I won't take action this time.
