Main reason(s): He keeps joining chases and his lag is really bad and keeps sending other cops and suspects flying and basically ruining the chase for the other cops/suspects. He was also told by an admin yesterday not to cop until it is fixed and he's still copping. It's just really annoying for cops as he just messes up chases.

Starts at around 2:50. He lags horribly. If it was lag from distance that would be acceptable.

Now i called backup and as soon as he join he calls backup 2 more times and 2 other cops join and i did not want a 4 cop chase. I was COP 1 so he was not allowed to call. He needs to read rules

The replay or timestamp is wrong. Please check that you have supplied the right replay or timestamp.

Its the correct replay, he starts copping at 2 hours 50 minutes.

I don't see any "keeps sending other cops and suspects flying" from that replay...
As for the !backup thing I suggest you 5Loody-g27 move your key away from any others you may hit frequently. Only COP 1 Is allowed to call !backup, unless COP 1 has given another cop to call backup.
No action will be taken as there are no problems that I can see from the replay with this user copping. Yes he lagged out 2-3 times for 3-4 seconds but he didn't cause any gameplay issues while being in a chase.
In future when submitting reports please include timestamps where the actual issues were. Sitting through 10 minutes of a chase wastes my time.
Example:
24:50 User hit me and rammed two people
40:00 User then called me a rude name etc...
No action has been taken for reasons described.
