- Replay / Screenshot Link: http://www.mediafire.com/download/1rdv8rzfct9ag5d/refund.mpr

- Replay Timestamps:

2:16- was driving round the bend tried to brake and avoid (avoiding didn't go so well as you can see)

2:25- said sorry to him immediately and he started to chase, so i pulled up

2:50- he fined me highest fine 150 euro as i said "wow getting chased for saying "sorry""

3:20- i started to move so the auto fine didn't pay

4:00- i said "i never knew you got chased for saying sorry these days... normal cops normally accept it" but it became full chase at that point

9:00 after a few mins chase i pull up and he fines me full fine which was around 420 euro (cant remember exact amount)

- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund:

I said sorry to the Cop straight after the crash as i knew it was my fault, but the cop still initiated a chase and gave me highest fine

After reviewing the replay and checking chat logs. I see nothing wrong with Angels actions.

You clearly caused an accident by driving on the wrong side on a blind corning crashing head on into Angel. Sorry or not sorry, it is a road law offence that you can be fined for and Angel even provided you with the lowest possible fine for this (150 Euros). Some cops do allow a little bit of leeway by providing a warning but that is their choice depending on the severity and damage sustained in the situation.

I'm afraid from there onwards, you decided to run making this refund request invalid from there on. The chase was completely legit and he fined you either the suggested fine or high fine due to dangerous driving throughout the short chase.

It was your choice to pay the fine or continue and you decided to continue so unfortunately, I cannot do anything about that as it was your choice. However, even if you did accept the fine instead of running, I would not of granted the refund because of the reasons stated above.

The moral here is to check your map before you approach a blind corner on the wrong side of the road at all times. Apologizing is a form of respect and is more of a rule here. You can still be fined for breaking a road law so be careful of that, accident or not, you can still be fined. Smile

We're sorry, but your refund request has been denied.
