Please be patient. User will receive a warning not to harass stationary cops and that ramming is strictly forbidden. Otava, approaching him on the servers wouldn't be a bad idea. If he rams you to get your attention, do what is advised and that is ignore them, don't chase them otherwise they will continue to do it. Simply tell them on chat that it is not allowed, also inform them if you are reporting them so they can a chance to explain/apologize. The user is new to the servers so it's likely they do not know our rules. It's respectful to help them out if this is the case. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
