Since you followed him all the way around out of bounds, you put yourself at risk from losing the chase. If a suspect goes out of bounds in the future, wait on the track and ask them to return. If they fail to, feel free to go ahead and report. I'll issue a warning to zeez9238 for taking a chase out of bounds. Thanks ~ TC Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
