Please be patient. After reviewing the replay, I saw this user hit 2 people without apologising at all then he steered into your direction as you were driving past ramming you. As this user is a fairly new to our servers I will issue a confirmable in-game warning making sure he apologises after accidents, does not ram and reads the rules. Action has been taken as described.
