He even steers into my direction. He is doing the brakecheck everytime at start without any reason. Tried to avoid it, but failed many times. He rammed you fully with no intention on slowing down, or avoiding. He still doesn't understand the rules despite been warned for similar incidents. Because he also failed to apologize inferring he has not learned from his previous warnings, he will receive a moderate ban accordingly. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
