Hello,
Titan did in fact hit your car, and it was obviously done with intent, I believe to remove the speed trap.
Due to his reply here, I do believe he is sorry, but nonetheless he will receive a warning about this incident.
Kuniyoshi, you are seen multiple times throughout that replay speeding as [COP], which is not acceptable.
For this particular incident, I will only warn you, but please learn from the warning you will be given because if you speeding as cop is seen again, it probably won't be as light of a punishment as a warning.
