Not sure if any people on here use a laptop mouse.

Just thought I'd do a crappy video Smile

Oh the cop thought he was chasing me, but he initiated the chase on that UF1.

RE: Laptop driving - Stevo - 2012-01-24 18:02

I mean the laptop mouse not using a laptop Tongue

RE: Laptop driving - McGherkin - 2012-01-24 18:05

I gave up on using the mouse ages ago. Use numpad instead.

Huh, I have a nice PC and wheel at home, atm I'm on country and can only play with a crappy old laptop..

Atleast you have dell, Stevo, this is some old acer with horrible power, lags alot usually, also with a crappy internet..

You make it sound like it's only Dell that make "good" laptops Tongue

Psh... only using it for steering. Map throttle + brake to the trackpad and have some real fun Tongue

(Also, tap to upshift can work quite well if you're smooth enough)

RE: Laptop driving - Stevo - 2012-01-24 22:45

It doesn't work too well tapping the trackpad to change up.

Haha that would be a challenge.

RE: Laptop driving - FR4NOx - 2012-01-25 02:35

Tried it with my laptop's trackpad, however my laptop has a finicky trackpad so it's mission impossible.

I prefer my G27 with my laptop and external monitor. :3

I've yet to try LFS on my netbook, I've a feeling it will ironically run faster on my netbook than on my PC Tongue

RE: Laptop driving - Saphira - 2012-01-25 03:16

I run my LFS on my Laptop

Acer Aspire 5733 and use mouse

Ive never had prob with overheating as ive got the back slightly raised to let air circulate, LFS runs at approx 45-75 FPS depending on where i am on the track.

I have had pretty much all laptops except dell, which I get a lot of good comments about Laugh

I'm happy I don't have a laptop anymore.

RE: Laptop driving - Stevo - 2012-01-25 11:18

RE: Laptop driving - Roba - 2012-01-25 11:43

RE: Laptop driving - Stevo - 2012-01-25 11:48

Sitting on the sofa with the laptop on a footstool, just have reach forward a bit though Smile

RE: Laptop driving - Roba - 2012-01-25 13:33
