Hello, After reviewing the replay, I came to a conclusion that he did hit you, whether it was intentional or not is unclear due to his lag (which exaggurated the hit), bare in mind he was arab drifting before. Nevertheless he failed to apologize and he has a history for it. He will receive a moderate ban for this. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
