Reasons as to why you deserve a refund:
I had a trip of 600kms, been working on it since yesterday in a hope to reach 1000km's, I shift p in safezone 2 but ended up losing my trip? If I could have a refund that'd be much appreciated.

When you did Shift + P, did it actually say Safezone 2?

Also, I don't think trips are ever refunded because there's no InSim command for it. A very unfortunate incident though.

Yes it did, I went far inside the safezone to ensure that my trip will be saved, I was surprised that it did not say 'trip saved' till like 10 seconds or more later, and it actually didn't. It said 'trip lost'.

Borja, the replay was provided from another driver. If I have lagged it'll show in the replay.

It may have just been a glitch instead of an actual bug, but, I don't think there is really anything we can refund you with. Sorry.

I spoke to Chuck about this. Unfortunately, you will not be refunded - I don't recall anyone else being refunded in this case either so it probably wouldn't be a good idea to start now. It just seems to be an unfortunate incident which hopefully doesn't happen again.

With that being said, Chuck will add a little feature which logs the player's position upon pitting (and presumably speccing), so such cases can be 100% confirmed and fixed.
