The large text is the only thing thing that gives the skin away as a "TOW" skin. Otherwise the livery (color scheme and stickers) don't fit in as a TOW skin so it fails to stand out, however, you are allowed to use it. The skin(s) in this thread have been approved and can now be used on the servers!
