This one was a major failure...

Went to tow a user, fell down the ridge and landed on my nose. Thijs towed the user and went to go back up the ridge. Thijs then got stuck and I went up a ramp to get him. The recently towed user went up the same ramp and somehow re-flipped himself. I, in true idiotic fashion, went too quickly along the ridge, drifted to the left and with a FWD car I could not stop falling down, and got myself stuck. We were truly a trio of muppets.

No. We're just humans, not robots, so we can miss something/make errors. Enough said.

Also, IIRC there wasn't even an announcement made of his departure from SO. How could we've known that he isn't part of the team anymore?

My apologies. SO's management has been unusually busy the past few weeks (Sebas and BT with work/personal thing, me with work/college starting up this week) We'll have news out shortly.

Although, pointing it out in Thread of Fail isn't exactly mature. Wink
