As evident as your pictures may be, it's not quite enough just yet. Once I have a time I can check the logs to see when and how long he had it enabled for. Thanks. Why he enabled caution multiple times I'm not sure. The user will receive a minor warning just to remind him not to use !caution unless necessary. Action has been taken as described.
