Replay timestamps: 12:38:00 Chase starts as i hit Dracula.
1st hit before me failing to stop: 12:47:00 and more hits all 45 seconds before i fail to stop, not neccessary to put all timestamps as its only a small window when its not allowed to hit.
Description of incident (inc date & time):
Driftsoswift starts a chase, as i hit Dracula leaving the Gas Station WW, then uses force before me failing to stop.
"5.3. Use of Force
Force may only be used if the suspect has failed to stop. The InSim will state when the suspect has failed to stop (after approx 45 seconds)"

dude..this is a WASTE of time......i am sooo tired right now its 4:46AM and i need to goto bed i just said after the chase before you reported that i am tired and cant drive! So don't blame me please..plus i got cop the day this happened so i dont know everything in a day...

The cop is fairly new and will be reminded in the form of a warning to not use force before the 45-second mark, or until the InSim has stated that the suspect has failed to stop.
