Description of incident (inc date & time): 3:40 He crashes in the roundabout and he saw that i was behind,including the sirens. Then starts doing a burnout in the roundabout, and I came abit to fast so i crashed him abit so he lost the control or something so he went straight into the wall.

After checking the replay, it didn't look like his intentions were to stop your chase in any way. He simply had an accident at the roundabout and it was just so unfortunate that your chase was also approaching the roundabout. As you hit him it caused him to get stuck and he couldn't maneouver his way out without you moving yourself.

He slowly moved away with caution whilst you remained at the roundabout, so this hinted he was respecting sirens but was a little panicked at the time. I will take no action for this Smile
