Description of incident (inc date & time):
Was in a normal high speed chase, came to the roundabout, was expecting a normal usual roadblock, saw him move it when i was just like 10-30 metres away from collision. I know I might have acted a little hot-headed by saying "report" without talking, but I didn´t want to stop my chase.

hello,

i know i was fully wrong and i know roadblock are not aloud to move, when suspect is in sight. i sat up this roadblock a little to far from the actual barriers, when i looked on my map you where then in the middle of main.st. so i thought i could go reverse and set my rb straight to the barrier so there was no possibility to pass easily. so did i. but you where heading towards me a little faster than i expected so i moved when i wasnt aloud to. after the accident i immidiatly apologied and knew i was wrong. it was just an estimation error. i'm terribly sorry to toni for moving the rb, but it wasnt at purpose at all and i knew i was wrong immidiatly. i hope you understand that people make mistakes. btw. IMO this didnt effected your chase

It didn't have any effect on my chase, thats right.

When you first setup the roadblock, it was just fine, it would of have slown me down enough for the cops to gain the distance to me.

I know you said sorry, and explained some facts, I just dislike seeing cops/med/res breaking the simple rules that are set to them.
It might not have been done on purpose, but its a very simple rule, and very easy to remember, thats one.of the main reasons i did this report too.

Im not looking to get you a ban or license revocation for this, Im fine enough with a warning or a admin asking you that you wont do it again.

I guess we can do that right here. Thijs has expressed his apology in the post above, as well as the fact that it was not intentional.

As long as Thijs could reassure us that this won't happen again, then I will archive this.
