(I usually do that.) Unfortunately, the sentence the other user wrote contained a swear word and I got a 1000€ fine. The reason why I'm asking for a refund is, because I did not know that the sentence contains abusive language. This, however, is unfortunate on your behalf, but my initial point still stands. The user who did say the original line will be issued with a swear fine too.
