You pulled two intentional(handbrake) drifts within 30 seconds. 60€ is more than suitable for that offence and he could have gone higher if he wanted to. The variable fines allow a lot of leeway what the cops can fine, so if you don't want to be fined for drifting then don't do it in the first place.
