Rules Wrote:4.9.1. Variable Fines
Some offences can be charged with variable fines (low/med/high). When selecting a variable fine, all of the following factors must be taken into consideration:
- Severity of the violation
- Duration of the violation
- Repetition of the violation
Note: If the offence is "Failing to Stop", the Duration of the chase is already automatically accounted for. In this case, you should take into account only Severity and Repetition of other violations during the chase.
The [COP] Fined for me for [ Careless driving : (60€) ] Whilst he was supposed to fine me 30€ Only. Low fine was the most suitable for my case.
The [COP] Seems to be unaware of the rule 4.9.1
=> 30€ Back + a discussion with the [COP] and referring him to the rules.

You pulled two intentional(handbrake) drifts within 30 seconds. 60€ is more than suitable for that offence and he could have gone higher if he wanted to.
The variable fines allow a lot of leeway what the cops can fine, so if you don't want to be fined for drifting then don't do it in the first place.
