Nadler without a doubt saw the chase in front of him going relatively slow. There were no other civilian vehicles blocking his view whatsoever. He didn't really make an effort in slowing down other than having to slow down for the oncoming curve. After that, he just kept on following the chase without having safety gap long enough between.

Nadler's still driving way too close to the chase in front. Since there's some hassle in the chase an officer spun out. As a result of that, Nadler should've now slowed down at the latest, but no. He just kept his accelerator pedal down on the floor and eventually drove past the chase. He could've easily caused an accident if the COPs weren't to avoid him. Interrupting a chase in any way as a civilian isn't acceptable.

Since the chase behind Nadler had now catched up a little bit, he should've moved to the right in order to let the chase behind getting past safely. There was plenty of space left on the grass. Also, he could've pulled over to the next roadside. Instead of doing so, he just kept on driving without bothering about the chase close to him. This gives us a clear idea of how much he does care about sirens.

Indeed, Nadler outright admitted that he knew what he was doing is against the server rules. So there's absolutely no excuse for his actions.

Code:

2015-07-25 08:14:04 UTC    One (Blackwood)    RenanW96    Nadler : i know i cant follow the chase

Nadler indeed rammed an innocent civilian. It was his own fault for driving on the wrong side of the road. Subsequently he failed to give an apology for his actions which makes the situation much worse.

Repeats the aforementioned crime. This time, he had lost control of his car, but still it was his fault for being on the wrong side of the road. Once again the word "sorry" doesn't seem to belong in his vocabulary.

(2015-07-25 08:34)Sheep Wrote:  51:40 - Goes OOB during chase

That was indeed an unfair move made by him.

All in a nutshell:

Nadler: Will now receive a short ban for his actions. There were too many occasions where he broke a certain rule. Therefore, a harsher punishment than a warning had to be issued this time around. The main reason for that is the fact he was aware of the server rules. Nadler will also get fined because of the unfair escape and the amount will be refunded to the COPs who deserve it.

Action has been taken as described.
