Description of incident (inc date & time): At 0.34 he no respect rules and drift in pit, ok.At 4.00 he drifting in roundabout and me touch him little , i said sorry 4 sec later and he ramming in me intentionally at 4.58 and say no ram in me, lol.

Yes, clearly breaking rule 6.1.

I can see shortly before this that he's drifting the roundabout, again breaking server rules. Indeed, he clearly sees you and goes to block you deliberately. His comment of "don't ram" is completely unjustified considering he's just blocked you and purposefully. He's just stirring trouble.

Yes, he revenge rammed you very harshly, completely against a basic rule (1.2.) He was trying to catch up with you just because you were trying to overtake him when he was intentionally blocking earlier.
The user has a history of being warned for the same thing in the past and came off a short ban recently. JangoKFC will receive a much lengthier ban now.
