Description of incident (inc date & time): This user was not apart of my chase in any way but was refusing to move for sirens and >>>USER>>> MOVE FOR POLICE signs then, pits me making me lose my chase!

This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
He's known for this behavior and he has had enough chances.
He's not apologizing or respecting sirens. Despite him only having 19 hours on the TC servers, them 19 hours seem to be nothing but trouble and he is obviously not learning. A moderate ban will be issued.
Action has been taken as described.
