Main reason(s): No idea what siren means, ramming, not able to say sorry, going oob during chase

14:45 - Clear ram
24:07 - Clear ram, also effect when he hits otava + then Swift, is a sign of lag or VOB mods
38:03 - Drives flat out to chase, fails to apologize
40:45 - Drives OOB while being chased
8.36 (Time, not a timestamp) - User says that has VOB mods in use (Not in replay, check logs)
Description of incident (inc date & time): ~7:00, 27.7
Not respecting sirens, ramming, going OOB while chased, failure to apologize after driving flat on to chase.

Yes, there is clearly some weird impact here. However, as he has not provided us with a screenshot of his car, we cannot assume that this is solely VOB mods. I will have to assume that this is some extreme lag but we will watch him closely in the future.

Again, don't think he knows what he's doing and yet another weird impact. His accusation of you hitting him is totally wrong and he clearly knows what a chase is seeing as he later states that his "chase was so cool."

After watching him on the replay, he's learnt that he can go to the big carpark behind the pits, which obviously isn't allowed.
The user has caused trouble on the server before so will receive a 3 day ban.
