I did watch it back and by the looks of it you two just wanted to be faster than the other. This is aimed more so towards Shox but you will need to use much better communication during a chase, that is ultimately how you win them instead of having a wild goose chase where every COP is just trying to be the one who catches the suspect, you all do in the end as a team. Shox, if you need some practice or help with communication/manoeuvres, I suggest you sign up for Basic Training and possibly afterwards, Advanced Training. Shox will receive a confirmable in-game warning for ignoring the COP 1 & 2 (unwritten) rule and hitting other COPs in the chase. Thanks for the report. Action has been taken as described.
