Oh haha. I tend to use Xsplit myself but have you Googled for a HD settings video?

There are tutorials on YouTube which may be able to help you, its nothing to do with your hardware though, just the settings. Try raising your bitrate, it might be too low.

Sean set up your OBS like Twitch asks:

i did try raising the max bit rate no changes (7000kb/s and no change) and bez that does not work ethier , afaik its something to do with x264..

Twitch's max bitrate is 3500. You shouldn't have any problems with the x264 so long as you set it up as it is in the link I posted. Maybe your upload speed isnt as high as you think or it could be that someone is uploading as you are streaming? If your house is internet busy this could be the problem.

Sean, I personally stream on YouTube because I can stream at 14k bitrate so it make my stream looks good but I'm just saying it might be better on YT...

60fps seems high. Especially seen in relation to your bandwidth and cpu.
You want the CPU to produce 60 frames, take less than 16ms per image and don't get above 2000kbits(or bytes, w/e) for those 60 images. That's difficult. Not to forget to run the actual game, which requires some resources as well.
