(Refund Request Denied by BP) Cop Rights - Skodaowner - Owl - 2015-08-19 08:41

- Your LFS Username: skodaowner

- Time & Date of Incident: Sometime in January?

- Replay / Screenshot Link: N/A
- Replay Timestamps: N/A

- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I think my cop rights were unfairly revoked as I believe I wasn't given a chance to get used to copping again on the servers, I admit I shouldn't really have been copping all the time and I should have been practicing my handling.

Here's how the revoke went:

I was in a chase with TurboLag and Ryan but however it was that long ago, I can't remember who I was chasing. There were a couple of errors in that chase (e.g braking distances being misjudged and P.I.T's going wrong), but nothing to really consider a revoke. My first cop rights revoke (last June/July), I can understand, I was absolutely horrendous at driving, second revoke, I got them back as the 2 Admins sorting it out thought they were harsh. Third revoke, I wanted to leave it a while before making a request because I wanted to practice my handling even further and I thought I did quite well in basic training at the time.
I just want to be given another chance at being a cop and can show myself who I can be. I rarely have any time for basic and advanced training, I was lucky to complete basic at the time I did because of real life events and such which can be found here.
I did apologize to Turbo for the little shunt up the rear where I braked to late but as I said there was very little to get a revoke in that chase, I am just wanting another chance. I was just a bit excited to get my rights back at the time and messed up a few times, but now I can guarantee that wont happen because I have been copping on another server, regaining my skills. The things that I gained on that server or made better was: Throttle Control, Braking Control, racing lines, distance from the suspect, the correct times to a certain manouvre, communication with other cops and just general car control.

Thank you for reading and taking this request into consideration!

Your rights were revoked early February. Might I ask why you waited half a year to post this?

Because i told Luke I would focus on other things in real life and such. Sorry if its too late.

Hi there Skoda, I am the one who originally requested your rights be revoked. Give me some time please as I am going to go over the replay of why I took them and think about how we can get you copping again. Thanks

Thanks for your time Byran, I will look forward to hearing from you soon!

Hi Skoda,

After a little discussion, we have come up with the following:

Judging by the description on the URS, the revocation Byran issued was completely justified.

We feel you would really benefit from basic and advanced training, especially having reviewed your copping history (in terms of previous action taken in regards to being a cop). In addition, you were already let off advanced training once. In fact, you were let off a whole revocation a few days prior.

You'll have to take basic and advanced training if you wish to regain your rights.

Cheers

We're sorry, but your refund request has been denied.
