I don't know what you were doing before that as you were clearly drifting around a COP on the wrongside anyway which in itself warrants a fine. Care to explain what you were doing before you came back onto the road? You were messing about on the wrongside initially and should either turned around onto the right side then proceeded to perform a safe U-turn, or not messed about at all. We're sorry, but your refund request has been denied.
