The user you nearly crashed was clearly in a chase and you were speeding down the Highway at breakneck speeds that would caused a tremendous crash. There would have been SIRENS on the screen that you would not have seen clearly because of how quick you were going. This in itself was dangerous driving and the COP that fined you was perfectly within the right to do so. This was your fault for the reckless driving and not slowing down where there is inevitably lots of people coming out of the pits. We're sorry, but your refund request has been denied.
