You will need to make the rear look a little more like a Police car with high visibility such as using yellow and red/orange chevrons like a lot of Police cars have. You could also maybe put that on the front to make it a little more visible as a Police skin when driving behind somebody.
Other than the front and the rear, it looks fine.

I moved down the policia , and make it bigger. Also , i added some chevrons

I added police lights , and make the policia a bit bigger.
