This user has a recent history of insulting others so he can take a day off to think this over and maybe he will think before he says something when he comes back. The user will receive a day's ban. He will also receive a confirmable in-game warning for ignoring sirens. He clearly knows to move yet he made no or little attempt to. Cheers for the report. Action has been taken as described.
