Time Of Day 50/50 Split - Carl - 2015-09-22 14:01
Since South City is now set to 'Cloudy Sunset' I was going to suggest for a possible change to Afternoon or Overcast as the first week passes? yay or nay? I have left this a bit late, but for the future. I think it will make the 14 day tracks a bit more interesting. If it's too much work, not a problem.
example:
Track: Sydney
Week 1: Cloudy Sunset
Week 2: Clear Afternoon

Having a new weather would break the "always 'x' weather" monotony, in my opinion it would be a great (and simple to realise) idea.

really dislike darker weather. hard to see other cars 'n objects. really struggling to drive relaxed in sunset. might be only subjective, but it at least feels like having lower framerate, never specifically looked at it tho. -1 from me.

I'd love to see some changes in the weather. I appreciate the "Sunset" mode on Sydney at the moment. It makes for a subtle change and as Yukine said, it breaks the monotony.
