20:44 mister X (Roll005), Edvards77(impreza2000) Doesnt slow down for sirens, mister X barely hits one cop and apologises but Edvards77 comes ~35kph to my side while I am almost stationary and does not even apologise.
21:40 ! D V L Z [COP] rams my side causing him to flip over and I made a pretty but terrible double backlip, side to left and 1080 degrees. And not apologising

No like to a cop who is ramming me in chase, this is too much.

Before I go into detail, I can already see that you are a set to intentionally avoid the cops by overpowering them (possibly a tank set). Everybody knows, cops get very frustrated with people who use these sets (almost provoking them). So obviously more force will be used because it's the force that is necessary to stop your vehicle.

I see no intentional ram there from D V L Z. You were the one that rammed and used way too much force to break through their attempted box maneouver. His car may have not been set up appropriately for the maneouver, but he used minimal force to approach you. It was you that forced your way through them.
Like I said in my first paragraph, the cops are using more force than normal, but only to compensate for the set you have..

Mister X is known for not respecting sirens. He has had enough warnings and will receive a short ban.
Edvards will receive a warning to respect sirens.

You turned into his path, he did not hit you intentionally, he hit you as he was slowing down to try and box you in (as you turned into his path), both of you had a lag spike, thus the exaggerated impact. An apology would be nice, however in that situation, he is not entirely at fault. I will take no action in this case.
In conclusion, I believe you are just frustrated that your chase was so messy. If you are going to drive like that, expect a messy chase. Don't get upset every time somebody hits you with a bit of force. You didn't hesitate to accuse the cops of ramming, but you didn't think about yourself did you? Check 20:47, you attempted to ram D V L Z into the edge of the barrier, you didn't apologize for this.
I won't take any action on your Otava, but take this as advice and be more careful in future.
The users who didn't respect sirens will be dealt with as explained above.
