So, what happens is that I'm chilling on the AB, when an accident happens in front of me which I notices quite late, so I almost lose control but manages to dodge the accident and continue driving. This was very visible for Thomas, that there was an accident and I avoided it. Yet he pulls be over, and he is not willing to co-operate an solution, example giving me money back, or checking reply. Hi, I tend to agree--that fine wasn't justified, although I can see that from what Thomas could see it looked careless
