Roads are engineered for cars to use, you decided to use the grass, you then failed to stop in time and went on the wrong way (although it was minor and I didn't care because you stopped).

Then, when I got closer to your car, you hit me and failed to apologize. Instead of waiting for me to move, you decided to wrong way, it was minor but a car was approaching and it looked like the approaching car was avoiding you(?). I then pulled you over to fine you for driving carelessly.

When I pulled you over, instead of actually discussing the situation with me, you said "you can't fine me". So then I decided to fine you and save time.

I don't feel like I've made the wrong decision. If an administrator asks me to refund you the 30e, I will do so. But for now I will wait for the administrator's opinion on this case. Your attitude isn't new to me, I will keep treating you the way you treat me. Smile

Not to mention that you were also stunting on the public roads in the beginning of the replay.

Quote:first he was following for no reason
No, you were stunting, I followed you to see if you would continue to do so. For reference please look at the beginning of the replay.

I didn't stop you for ww. I stopped you for :
1- Using the grass instead of the road (I don't know why you did so)
2- Having heated tires that aren't capable of stopping in time
3- Hitting me
4- Driving on the wrong way (minor) while a car was approaching (not minor)
5- Your attitude

Which friends? are they all banned? Please feel free to submit a new report with evidence showing these situations.

I don't usually "do this". So I don't know why they should stop me from doing so, I think I've made the right decision doing what I did.

KooKoo

EDIT: You said you lost control, but it was YOU who made yourself lose control, its good you mentioned this. This is one valid point of why I believe my fine is legit.

Hello,

KooKoo did indeed follow you for no reason.
As a cop, it is KooKoo's job to watch for traffic offenses, there is nothing saying he can't follow you, at least not in this situation anyway.

You did drive on the grass, I too would see this as careless.
Anyone could park there or be pulled over by police there, and you driving at a fairly high speed on there makes it quite unsafe.

Due to your use of the grass as a road, when you came back onto the road, you lost control and did go wrong-side, no idea why you even tried to deny that.

Even if you weren't necessarily operating an unsafe vehicle, the fine is still valid because your offences fell under the same fine category and charge, KooKoo just stated a different one.

Finelist Wrote:Careless driving (30€ / 60€ / 100€)
Examples: cutting corners, ignoring lines, cones and barriers, drifting, doughnutting, all kind of stunts on the track, operating an unsafe vehicle, constantly driving backwards

Please try discussing these things with the person who fines you before posting on the forum and making a report.

Thanks for your report.
