His attitude was also unimpressive ("bla bal"), showing his lack of care - and not coming back when asked. I'm not sure by what he meant by 'lama' though. Possible 'lame' or 'llama', neither of which are actionable. The only redeeming factor is that he voluntarily pitted, busting himself. Even then, it was probably only because you mentioned a report. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives.
