Looks like he aimed for it but blaming it on "phone" is not an excuse. Description of incident (inc date & time): 11/13/2015 8:16PM User Report - Connor - 2015-11-13 18:23 This report is being looked into. Please be patient. I cannot assume that he was on his phone, nor can I really assume he was not. However this was a blatant head-on crash that he could have easily avoided, provided the amount of room on the right. It was not the best of reactions on your end but I understand that it was a last minute reaction. The user will receive a 3 day ban due to his recent history. Cheers for the report.
