Hello,
I can't enter the server, it requires a password and there's no one online which I find very weird. Usually there are people on but this time no one is.

There's nothing on our side that would indicate you were banned.
Either you somehow got a CPW ban outside of the server, or you're just mistaken.
As for the server, I'm not totally sure why #1 is private but #2 is fine and working for the meantime.
