I have changed my attitude to the pedal.. am easily slipped into it..
apologized immediately afterwards, was surprised myself how the xfg behaved.
with 8000 km, you should know that you ramt no people and deliberately..
and in any case in the oval.
as it was on purpose, I did not find it necessary to conduct a conversation with him because his behavior was clearly negative.

Even so, you should not just say "report" the first time they do something wrong, even if it was intentional. You might have been able to sort it out with an apology, you never know. Don't just go straight to a report, it's happened too much in the past with these reports anyway.
However, it was clearly intentional due to you accidentally hitting him coming onto the Autobahn. It was not the most severe of hits but due to his pretty horrible recent history of ramming, he will receive a 3 week (21 day) ban.
