- Report Dino (Archived by Nathan) - Gal75 - 2015-12-06 12:31 our LFS username: Gal75 Their LFS username(s): hsvdin0 Their in-game nickname(s): [TT] Dino [COP] Main reason(s): Ramming? Replay and/or screenshot link: http://imgur.com/LLObtPB = Slippery grass is reason for ram? http://s000.tinyupload.com/index.php?file_id=63972606627621518913 9.15 Doing dangerous "pit" in dangerous place. He should know with his experience that wasnt good place for doing pit in that speed. I will expect sorry after flipping me down from there, because chase wasn't long and there was no need for that kind of hard action. 9.27 Ram me without sorry, after while talking said that grass is slippery.. Its not valid reason. ( In screenshot) Description of incident (inc date & time): 14 - 14.30 happened. 6.12.2015 RE: Report Dino - Dino - 2015-12-06 12:48 Even before you made this report I offered you ingame to have a look myself, and here is what I found out: As you can see on the screenshot #1, I definitely started a valid PIT manouver on you by hitting your car's right side. What makes it most likely illegal is that fact that the barrier comes up too soon and with my little overspeed I seem to push you over the barrier. On screenshot #2 though you can clearly see I was braking from the moment of the contact, if I wanted to ram you over the barrier I wouldn't have braked. Sorry for this too hard manouver, my intention though was definitely not to ram you but to PIT you, eventually I agree that that's not the perfect spot to do that. 9.27 - Indeed I hit you, I actually expected you to go on instead of stopping. As you can see on the screenshot, I braked very early and I didn't ram you. Also in the moment of contact I had roughly 20-30 kph speed, not sure how you call this a ram. I apologized ingame by the way too when it happened already. RE: Report Dino - Gal75 - 2015-12-06 13:55 Well, that wasn't maybe ram, but it wasn't still acceptable what u done there. Either, you didnt say sorry for ramming me in the end, so thats bullshit before you have proof. You wasn't enough careful, and that not looking good when you first flip suspect down from there, and then ram him. Without any sorry, as i said you can proof you're saying sorry but i didnt find any sorry. Just "You know, grass is slippery." What ever you done, it doesnt remove that fact that you used too much force or what ever which caused me flipping there. And as can see in my screenshots and videos, you are not saying sorry for ramming in the end. Its not reason that grass is slippery, you have to control your car. Especially as cop. And: Its not my business what you've been expect. Its argument for nothing. I stopped there much before you came to crash me. Good to know is too that, we have bad terms anyways because im bored for your always provoking. Report Dino - Nathan - 2015-12-06 14:04 This report is being looked into. Please be patient.
Contact on bridge: Poorly judged PIT Dino has apologized in the thread eventually despite stating it was a valid PIT.. if it was valid why are you apologizing.. I suspect you were to late in braking if you were to take that corner normally but it was misjudged none the less. Collision after bridge : I suspect regarding the head on collision Dino was attempting to skid in front of you to stop you and misjudged it. Dino said sorry in game It is evident there is history between you two, it ends here. Dino take this as a friendly warning to tidy up your driving when in chases rather than going in too aggressively.(no URS Record) If you both cannot get along please stay away from each other. No action has been taken for reasons described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
