The red and yellow colour of the chevrons are far too much like a TOW skin. The chevrons at the back are fine, but you will need to make the ones on the side much more like a Police car. The chevrons on the front might be too much like a TOW skin too. Just the ones on the back is enough for a COP skin. Perhaps you could use a blue and yellow battenburg instead of the red and yellow lines? The racing stripes will also have to go, or at least not not on the bonnet as much as it looks too much like a racing skin otherwise.
