I don't normally report anybody, it was just really rude what he did.. Screenshots link: http://imgur.com/a/zuHMi Incident: He is just stopped in the middle of the road, in a very dangerous junction, and left his car there. Some people already warned him for the same earlier, but he's just ridiculous, constantly arguing around, blocking, causing accident, careless behaviour and even almost can't drive around since he joined.
