During chase I ask no way to Move For Police several times (not showing in replay, don't know why). Because of his stubbornness he causes me and him and 1 other user to get in a massive crash causing them to collide head to head and now to deflect on the front face of my car and forces me to leave chase. He is a relatively new member but still has 36 hours playing time on the servers so should know the rules by now. He will receive a confirmable in-game warning for not moving for SIRENS and causing a collision with another user and not apologising. Cheers for the report. Action has been taken as described.
