Well, the easiest way to find out would be to check if Mr.Ad sent his money to his brothers account or not, as we can see a big drop in Mr.Ads money. And the funny thing is, every time Mr.Ad has got banned, his "brother" starts to play the game like there's no tomorrow. Just my opinion though.

Anyone outside of the [TC] Team is not on a need-to-know-basis.

Considering the ban has not been matched on account rodgsteves, you can assume that there isn't enough evidence to suggest racerss is using the account.
