I tell him he should drive properly after this ~ 3:02.XX - Still speeding ~ 3:25.XX - Speeding ~ 4:31.XX - I chase him for speeding, and tell him not to break road rules again ~ 13:13.XX - He answers to a TOW call - No sirens or flashing lights on. ● Description of incident/Reason for report: I do not think he understands how to play as a MED/RES.
