Refund request (Denied by Pipa) - TAJM - 2016-01-28 23:10

Refered to "issued an invalid traffic fine which the offending [COP] failed to refund themselves,"

LFS username: TAJM
28.01.2016 - around 21:00-23:00

Link: http://archadia.servegame.org/TC_replays/refund_request_borja.mpr

- 47:36 Ponczek entering into the roundabout
- 47:55 Incident between Ponczek and me
- 47:58 LFS lazy in the main chat
- 48:08 [COP] Borja taking action

Please consider the driving line of Ponczek in the roundabout, and my driving habit before that incident, as I am clearly missed to accelerate in time just before the contact between our cars, as Ponczek didn't used his brakes to try to avoid the contact.
I felt that amount -150- of my "ticket" was way too much in this case or wasn't necessary at all, or else maybe i can say that the [COP]s decision to start chasing me was incorrect and incompetent at that moment.

Oh , i forget about this. Now i remember that you said that you going to report/ask for a refund

Okey , i fined you cause you go insto the rb when a car was inside. You have to let the cars inside the rb pass.

There shows how he hited your car from your view:

You failed to give way to the car that was already in the roundabout and caused an accident. It is your obligation to make sure it is clear before you enter the roundabout and not the other way around.

You caused a minor fender bender and Borja fined you the minimum amount for doing so.

His actions were neither incorrect nor incompetent and perfectly within reason. This refund request is denied, if you have any questions feel free to drop me a pm.

We're sorry, but your refund request has been denied for reasons described.
