At ~16:58 of your replay, user Filsoof enters the spawn zone of his own accord (meaning he is responsible). As you mentioned, at ~27:15 you spawned into him. User has received a confirmable warning not to park/enter spawn zones (white semi-rectangle with an arrow in it). Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report.
