- Reasons as to why you think you deserve a refund: I was driving off of the bridge at spawn on Westhill, I stopped and check both left and right (I was turning right, also used my indicators) and it was clear so I started moving forwards onto the road and someone speeding (not sure who) hit me from the right hand side. [GLOW]Angel[COP] was behind me and saw it yet he still chased me for causing an accident which was not my wrong. As I have said, I checked both left and right and indicated but I was still fined 150 Euros.

This refund request is being looked into. Please be patient.
Whilst you where standstill at the junction, the car was in view (regardless of the speeding aspect) and one final glance to your right before pulling out, you would have seen the vehicle.
Therefore you are at fault. I did not see you say sorry to the other guy (but I am guessing you may have a bit later on).

I know that a final look could have stopped the crash but I couldn't see him from first person because the little hill climb that he went up stopped my view a little bit.
After I left and rejoined to make a new replay, I said sorry to him. Still I think that if Angel had thought about it, the other guy was speeding so it would have been hard to stop no matter what and hard to see him from that distance.

I was viewing the replay in first person, I saw him fine im afraid.
