The IPs on those two accounts do not seem to match so I cannot take action on the second account that he sent the money to. This may have been a friend of his and the timing of this was coincidental. However, I will make a possible account link for further investigation on this. Thanks for spotting this. I will issue a confirmable in-game warning to this user because he clearly purposefully lagged then hid in a place where he is invisible to you to escape. He has no history of this in the past.
